Inetum India to Support AI-Driven Enterprise Services Across Europe
Inetum has launched Inetum India in collaboration with AIONOS, marking a major step in the shift toward AI-first enterprise delivery models. The new Hyderabad-based unit will function as a global delivery and capability centre supporting enterprise clients across Europe and other emerging markets.
The move reflects how IT services firms are rethinking traditional offshore operations in the AI era. Instead of focusing only on cost efficiency, companies are now building AI-native delivery systems that combine automation, intelligent workflows, and human oversight to improve speed, scalability, and operational performance.
AI-Native Delivery at the Core
Inetum India is expected to support clients across the EUROMED region, including France and Belgium, while also serving growing markets such as Bulgaria, Poland, Switzerland, the UK, and Ireland.
The company said the centre has been designed around an AI-native delivery model powered by AIONOS. This framework combines agentic workflows, intelligent operations, and human-in-the-loop governance to create a more advanced delivery structure for enterprise projects.
Unlike traditional outsourcing models where AI is added later as a support tool, the Hyderabad centre is being built with intelligence embedded directly into the delivery layer. The goal is to improve execution speed, operational consistency, and workflow efficiency across large-scale enterprise programs.
Why the Launch Matters
Enterprise clients are increasingly demanding AI-driven services that can help them modernise operations faster while maintaining governance and reliability. This has pushed IT services firms to redesign how offshore delivery works.
Inetum believes the AI-native structure can help it stand apart from conventional outsourcing models by creating a hybrid ecosystem where automation and human expertise work together more effectively.
The partnership also highlights a broader industry shift where offshore centres are evolving into strategic AI capability hubs instead of functioning solely as low-cost delivery units.

AIONOS Brings AI Infrastructure and Delivery Expertise
AIONOS is contributing more than technology support to the initiative. The company is helping build the operational structure by bringing its AI-native delivery capabilities, technology stack, talent expertise, and workflow frameworks into the new entity.
This approach aims to create a delivery environment where AI can automate repetitive processes, improve operational accuracy, and support enterprise-scale transformation programs more efficiently.
The model also reflects how enterprise services are moving toward AI-powered operational systems capable of supporting increasingly complex business environments.
India’s Growing Role in AI Services
The launch reinforces India’s position as a major global hub for AI-driven enterprise services. Companies continue to rely on India for access to deep engineering talent, AI expertise, and scalable technology infrastructure.
For European IT firms like Inetum, India is no longer just an outsourcing destination. It is becoming a strategic centre for building intelligent delivery systems that can support regulated and enterprise-grade environments globally.
Inetum said the partnership is expected to come into effect from July, subject to regulatory approvals. As AI adoption accelerates worldwide, the Hyderabad hub could become an example of how traditional IT services firms transform offshore operations into AI-native delivery ecosystems.
